Diamond Companies Limited is based in Wrexham North Wales. Our manufacturing facility has the capability to work with mixed media utilising wood mild steel aluminium stainless steel and can use the expertise and facilitites to accommodate one off unique projects to scheduled manufacturing.

SHOT BLASTING Shot Blasting is normally used for the cleaning of Stainless Steel and non ferrous components such as Aluminium, Brass, Copper etc. to produce a smooth satin finish as opposed to a coarse matt finish which would be generated by grit blasting.

POWDER COATING Powder coating is the application of a dry, powdered coating on the surface of your parts.

The parts are given an electrostatic charge and the powder is given the opposite electrostatic charge. This ensures complete coverage when the powder is sprayed - even on complex shapes.
