Avoid at all costs. It seems They do not care about anybody Under their 'care'. We were left with raw sewage flushing through our flat for Weeks before they did anything about it. Impossible to contact at any time of day. And if you are 'lucky' enough to manage to get them on the phone their response seems pretty limited to ' I don't know'
